Report damage

There are three options for reporting damage to us and delivering the defective product:

1. Drop-off at our location
You can schedule an appointment and deliver your defective product to our visit address. Here, you'll fill out a repair form and receive a non-binding quote from us immediately. If you agree to the quote, we can provide you with a repair duration estimate right away. Before you visit us, you can even print and fill out the repair form and bring it with you. This is not mandatory. In most cases, the repair can be done immediately, and you can pick up your product after about 1 hour.

2. On-site repair at your location
If your device is broken and you don't have time to deliver it to us, we have the ideal solution for you. After an appointment, we can have one of our technicians repair the device right at your workplace, home, or another agreed location. You won't need to take time off work, spend your day off, or rearrange your priorities to bring in the repair. We come to you! Ask about the possibilities.


3. Shipping your product
If you're unable to visit us and are too busy for us to come to you, you can always send your product to us along with a completed repair form. Before sending your product, please contact us first. This can be done by phone, email, or through our contact form. To ensure that your product reaches us correctly, we kindly ask you to send it by registered or insured mail.
